When designing our primary bedroom I was inspired by earth tones and organic textures, paired with our existing upholstered bed. I wanted to incorporate warm rich tones for the winter months, and create a cozy space we never want to leave. This room has quickly become my favorite spot to drink coffee in the morning or read a book in the evenings. I love to look back and see how my original design board compares to the final room! It truly turned out better than I could have imagined.
I have found that you can never have too many layers when styling your bedroom. This Casaluna throw is a favorite of mine, and always one of the first things toss on the bed. Keeping the main elements neutral allows me to mix up throw pillows and blankets for an entirely new feel. For now, I am appreciating the richer tones.
